At the start of every academic year, students are bombarded with discounts, details and dates. The For a Fiver campaign uses shock and intrigue to stand out from the chaos and promote the almighty Student Art Pass. The use of slang and tongue-in-cheek humor grabs attention whilst the casual term ‘for a fiver’ makes the price of the pass seem more reasonable.
For a Fiver was commended in the YCN Student Awards 2018. This included a bespoke wooden YCN bar designed by Tom Forsyth and a celebratory ceremony at the iconic Barbican Centre in London.
